Your Magical Events Rate Package Options

Brainstorming Session:
One face-to-face session with Your Magical Events: During this
session, we will brainstorm ideas for your party. We will provide you
with ideas for themes, favors, and decorations. At the end of the
session, you will have enough great ideas and information to plan your
special event with confidence!
$50 for a 2 hour session (Brainstorming session fee waved if you
choose an additional package)

Your Basic Bash:
We work with you to choose a perfect theme for your celebration.
Themes can vary from a favorite movie or character to a great color
combination. We will then help you to design favors, decorations,
invitations, and games (if needed) to match your theme. We’ll work
within your budget to find the supplies you’ll need to create a party
that will be the talk of the town. Your rate quote will include an
estimated cost of supplies.
This package is a great selection for birthday parties and other
celebrations held at home. We will create initial favors and other
décor and provide you with the kits to create the rest of the party
goodies yourself. We will assist with set up upon request however we
will not attend the event.
Starting at $200*  (If you want us to make all of the favors and
decor, the starting price rises to $300*)

A Bigger Bash:
This package includes everything in Your Basic Bash and we will also
help you find and book any vendors you require. Vendors you need may
include, but aren’t limited to; venues, bakers, caterers, DJ’s or bands,
party rentals (tents, tables, linens, etc.), and entertainment (clowns,
magicians, roving musicians, etc). Your rate quote will include an
estimated cost of supplies.
This package is a great selection for momentous celebrations such as
Sweet 16 or 50th anniversary parties held at home or a rented venue.
We will help you to narrow down vendor options and give you advice to
make the best choices for your celebrations. We will also create
initial favors and other décor and provide you with the kits to create
the rest of the party goodies. We will assist with set up upon request
however we will not attend the event.
Starting at $400* (If you want us to make all of the favors and
decor, the starting price rises to $500*)

Designing a Dream:
In this package, we do it all! We sit down with you and talk about what
you’re looking for and what you like and do not like and we start
designing. You will still have complete control to approve ideas and
choose your vendors but we will buy and create all the favors and
décor. We will be the point of contact for all of the vendors and we
will attend the party to make sure everything runs smoothly. Your
rate quote will include an estimated cost of supplies.
This package is excellent for big events such as weddings and other
celebrations. We will be there every step of the way to make sure
your have the event of your dreams.
Starting at $1000*

Other Options:

Day of Coordination – Full Day (6-10 hour day): We will organize
all of your contracts and be the point of contact for all vendors leading
up to the event and we will be there the day of the event to make
sure everything runs smoothly so you don’t have to worry about it.
$350

Day of Coordination – Half Day (up to 5 hours):
Same as above for
half of the day.
$200
